Rule number one for trial lawyers is never ask a question you don’t know the answer to and Amber Heard, Depp’s ex-wife, trial lawyer violated that principle.

Johnny Depp and his bodyguard are pretty close with each other, but not too close.

During the trial on Friday against his ex-wife, Amber Heard, Johnny Depp began to laugh as an unexpected turn arose.

The proceedings took an odd turn as the star’s security agent, Malcolm Connelly, was asked if he had seen Depp’s genitalia.

“I think I would remember if I’d seen Mr. Depp’s penis,” Connelly said.

This proposed an eruption of giggles from people inside the courtroom, including Depp.

Connelly’s remark was in response to a question asked by Heard’s Lawyer, who asked if Connelly could describe his anatomy. This was because of the previous testimony that Depp urinated in the foyer of his ex-wife’s home.

The unsettling question was referring to the trip to Australia that the couple took in 2015. It was seen that Johnny Depot’s finger was also severed in a heated argument. Connelly described this argument as chaos.

Connelly also said that the two were “lovey-dovey,” and also called Heard “lovely, charming.”

This began to change. According to Connelly, at the time of their move, he witnessed Heard throwing a cigarette lighter and a soda can at Depp during an argument.

Johnny Depp is suing Amber Heard for a $50 million defamation claim over an op-ed she wrote about domestic violence for the Washington Post, which many people think that it was because of the two’s bad relationship.

Depp said that Heard lied about the alleged abuse, and is proposing a campaign to correct his image and save his reputation. This began when he sued The Sun newspaper for libel in 2020. Connelly then appeared in court to testify about the same issues that happened in 2015, saying that he lied about the details of the injury to Depp’s finger to protect Heard.

During the same trial, Heard testified that Depp “was trying to write my name peeing on the walls and carpet walking through the house.”

She described the exchange as “the worst thing I have ever been through.”

On Friday, Connelly recalled that Depp had scratches and swelling under his face after their honeymoon.

“He’s walked into a door, or a door’s walked into him,” he said.
