parrot takes slipper

Raising a parrot is a lot like raising a child. There is a great responsibility with caring for a parrot. Parrots live for around 50 to 60 years old. They typically need to live in a forever home. If things get too expensive or too great of responsibility, they often get neglected or abandoned.

You also need to have proper nutrition, a proper living space, proper training, and a lot of time. It is also expensive, as you need a large cage, play perches for when the parrot is outside the cage, food, and a specialized veterinarian. This can lead to hefty bills. But with this parrot named Einstein, you also might need to buy new slippers.

In this video, we see that Einstein the parrot liked his owner’s slipper a lot. He liked it so much that he grabbed a hold of it and would not let go. His owner tried multiple times to take back the slipper but was unsuccessful. She rolled him over and tried to get the slipper that way, but again was unsuccessful. Einstein the parrot was trying to tug it out of his owner’s hands so hard that he fell off the counter! Luckily he can fly so he just flew right back to the countertop. But this time with no slipper in his mouth.

Einstein the parrot has a big following on many social media platforms, like youtube, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. On these accounts, we can see Einstein being silly, dancing, singing, doing animal impressions, and even doing famous people impressions. On his website is his missions statement. “To entertain and bring joy, to foster the human-parrot bond, and to convey that parrots are deserving of immeasurable amounts of patience, nurturing, and companionship.” if you like this funny talking parrot, let us know in the comments.
